This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled on Art Function, including authorization, billing, and payment-related issues. If you have any questions, support is available 24/7.
Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order, location, or device. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Currency and pricing
Prices are displayed on the site and may be updated at any time. The final total, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you place your order.
If your bank uses a different currency, exchange rates and fees are determined by your bank or card issuer.
Authorization & confirmation
When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized for the order total. An authorization is not always a final charge. After your order is confirmed, the payment is captured according to the payment provider’s processing flow.
- Authorization: a temporary hold to confirm funds are available.
- Capture/charge: the final payment processing step that completes the transaction.
- Confirmation: you will typically receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Billing information
Please ensure your billing details match the information on file with your payment provider. Incorrect billing details may cause the payment to fail or trigger additional verification steps.
If your payment is declined, try updating your billing information or using a different payment method.
Discounts and promotions
Discounts may apply automatically when eligible. The final discounted total is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- Email subscription: provides a 15% automatic sitewide discount (no code required, not limited to a first order).
- Selected promotions: certain promotional products may receive a 20% automatic discount (no code required).
- Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively unless explicitly stated.
Taxes
Sales tax may be collected where required by law. The tax amount (if applicable) is calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order.
Failed payments & fraud
If a payment is declined, the order may not be processed. For your security, orders may be reviewed or canceled if a payment appears unusual or high-risk. In certain cases, I may request additional verification before fulfillment.
- If your payment fails, try again with updated billing information or a different payment method.
- Some banks may require additional verification for online purchases.
- To protect customers, suspicious transactions may be canceled.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact support first so I can help resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution. If a dispute is filed, I may provide order documentation to the payment provider to assist in the investigation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. If you do not see a refund after it is processed, please allow additional time for your bank to post it.
