  • Transit time: Once shipped, delivery time depends on carrier movement and scan frequency.
  • Peak seasons: Holidays and high-volume periods may cause longer transit times.
If your order is outside the delivery window, contact support and I will help you check the latest carrier status.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch depending on carrier scan schedules.

  • If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder.
  • If you still cannot locate it, contact support with your order number and the email used at checkout.
  • In some cases, orders with multiple items may ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking update.

Address accuracy
